    Observation:The food product thermometer is not in working condition, battery appears to be dead or missing.
  • Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
    Observation:Observed brats and sauerkraut and baked beans in containers dated 2/27, today is the 7th day. Observed unlabeled container of BBQ hamburger, from last week, items discarded. Corrected on site.
  • Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods
    Observation:Observed raw steaks in refrigerator compartment with cheese and mushrooms, corrected on site.
  • Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises
    Observation:Observed crate of onions stored directly on the floor.
