A container of bean soup was temped at 105 degrees. According to employee, had just been removed from microwave for reheating. Food that is reheated must be brought to a temperature of 165 degrees and then have a hot hold temperature of 135 degrees. Soup put back in microwave for additional reheating. CORRECTED

The four compartment sink at the bar area is directly connected to the sewer. The drain line must be directed to the floor sink. Make corrections as needed. 2) Level the hand sink at the bar so that the basin completely drains. 3) At the kitchen three compartment sink, there is a small leak at the strainer lever assembly.
