Observation: The floor, walls, hood near the fryers were soiled. The general, the floors were soiled around equipment and along the walls. The tops of the walls near the ceiling was soiled/dusty on pipes and other equipment.

Observation: There was soiled shelving units throughout especially near the chicken prep area. The hand sink and prep sink/nozzle near the chicken prep area was soiled. The chicken walk-in door handle was soiled. In general, the exteriors and handles of equipment were soiled.

can withstand repeated warewashing

Observation: The underside of the tabletop mixer was soiled.

Observation: In the kitchen, the several patches of flooring tile was missing grout. The wall near the north handsink was not sealed to the wall. The wall corners near the mop room and back room were not sealed to the wall.
