Observation: Walls and under equipment have dirt and grease build up.

Observation: Sanitizer at 400 ppm. Ecolab is called to fix automatic dispenser. For now they will add water to solution and test with test strips.

Observation: Towel dispenser on north wall in the kitchen was not working at time of inspection. Using paper towels outside of dispenser until fixed.
