Observed dented cans in dry storage area with no change from last inspection. Observed 3-milk crates of expired sour cream dated 3-5-13. Kitchen manager stated that sour cream will be removed today and not for use. Volunteers still working on dented can removal and progress made on date marking foods in walk in cooler.
