When to wash Observation: Observed employees handle raw meat and change gloves without washing hands. Hands must be washed between tasks, handling raw meat, or any other tasks that would contaminate the hands.
Non-food contact surfaces and food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans are clean Observation: Floors behind equipment and in corners have become soiled. Also the wall behind the Nemco dipper well is soiled. Must keep all areas clean to prevent buildup of bacteria.
Test kit provided and used to measure sanitizing solution concentration Observation: Test strips for sanitizer were water damaged at time of inspection. Must have test strips in good working order for checking sanitizer during all operating hours.
Plumbing system maintained in good repair Observation: Mop sink, 3 hole sink faucet, and hand sink by the drive-thru window are all leaking. All plumbing must be maintained in good working order.
Package integrity Observation: Dented can of caramel topping was found in the kitchen. May not sell any can that is dented on top, bottom or side seals. Also any can that cannot sit on a level surface without a gap at the bottom, or has sharp points due to denting.
Food storage - preventing contamination from the premises Observation: Boxes of food were stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. All food must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor to prevent contamination.
Food employees hair is effectively restrained Observation: No employees were wearing a hair restraint at time of inspection. All food service employees must wear an effective hair restraint to prevent contamination.
Posting inspection reports Observation: Inspection report is posted in a manner that is not easily readable. Inspection report and license must be posted so that the public can easily access and read.

In-use utensils, between-use storage Observation: 1)Ice scoop for ice machine was stored in ice. 2)Scoops was laying in the food product in reach-in freezer in kitchen. Utensil must be stored outside of food and keep inverted to prevent contamination, or keep it on clean surface.
Separating raw animal foods from raw ready to eat food and separating raw animal food from cooked ready to eat foods Observation: Raw eggs were stored above ready to eat food in walk-in cooler. Raw animal food must be separate from ready to eat food.
