    Observation: The warewashing three compartment sink is leaking water. Also the handwashing sink is leaking water.

    Observation: Observed store packaged foods such as: a variety of muffins, macaroni & cheese pasta, alfredo pasta, goulash, chicken alfredo pasta, sandwiches, and wraps with out labels to identify establishment and ingredients.
  • Light bulbs, protective shielding
    Observation:There are some unshielded light bulbs in the kitchen and over hot holding units in customer area.
