Observation: back door where deliveries come in was open, and there was no delivery at the time. Door needs to be closed or a screen needs to be installed.

Observation: containers in the baking cupboard need to be labeled with common name.
- PHF/TCS foods maintained at 41°F or below, except during preparation, cooling, cooling, or when time is used as a public health control
Observation: back cooler was 54.1 degrees - rebounded to 41 degrees in 15 minutes. Opened the door for less than a minute and temp went back up to 44.6 degrees. Removed potentially hazardous items (yogurt, butter, cheese, sour cream), and put into a different cooler. Cooler needs to be looked at and repaired.
