Sanitizers Observation: Bleach water tested out at 0 ppm. The unit was remixed to 50 ppm.
Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices are accurate to ±1.5°C or ±3°F and are designed to be easily readable Observation: The thermometer in the chest fridge was damaged and not accessible. The unit was replaced.

Duties of PIC The facility has a sick policy but has failed to have everyone sign the policy. The person in charge could not remeber the five food borne illnesses and the five symptom of food borne illness.
