Observation: Vent hood with build up and drippage. Vent fan covers in walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer with debris build up.

Observation: No light protective shield coverings over light in kitchen and in basement dry storage area.
- Discarding ready to eat, PHF/TCS food prepared on-site or opened commercial container held at 41°F for 7 days
Observation: Corned beef and ham deli meat date marked 1-15-16 not discarded after 7 day date mark discard requirement. Manager voluntarily discarded the product during inspection.

Observation: Clean equipment stored in soiled bins with food debris build up.

Observation: Employees not wearing gloves when preparing ready to eat foods. Employees washed hands and are now wearing gloves when prepping food.

Observation: No chlorine sanitizer test strips on site.

Observation:Thermometers required in all cooler.

Observation:Prep cooler not holding food below 41, items removed and will verify cooler temps with therm.
