    Observation: Floor in the walk in freezer has accumulation of food debris on the floor.

    Observation: Clean utensils stored in soiled containers.

    Observation: No procedure for the clean up of vomit/diarrhea.
  • Storage and maintenance of wet and dry wiping cloths
