      Too much sanitizer is used in three-compartment sink - employee said she uses 5 pumps to a small amount of water. Label says to use 1.36 oz per 4 gallons of water (200 ppm). Use the test papers to make sure that the concentration is not too strong. Add more water to sink - corrected.

      Dishwashing machine has a leak at the bottom of the machine, and both faucets at the four-compartment sink have leaks. Repair/replace all leaking fixtures before next school year.

      Employee keeps gloves on to do all activities, including washing hands with gloves on. Gloves are ONLY to be worn when directly handling foods, and remove gloves to wash hands. Hands were washed in three-compartment sink used for washing pots and pans. Handwashing may only take place in a separate, designated handsink that is not used for dishwashing or rinsing fruits/vegetables. Only wash hands at the designated handsink. Corrected.
