Observation: Food products in refrigeration unit such as: chili, raw hamburger and pork, and chicken noodle at a temperature of 47*F. Photo taken tempting hamburger with thermometer. Person in charge stated they had received a food delivery and delivery truck was leaving establishment at time of inspection. Food items delivered and stored in the walk-in-cooler were removed to be stored in other refrigeration units maintaining a temperature of 41*F. Cooked items date marked and prepared prior to inspection were voluntarily discarded.

Observation: Back exerior door had light coming thorugh door frame. Exit door by stage room/server station had light showing under the door. Kitchen exit door had light shining under door.
