    Observation: Santizer solution testing high on test kit. More water was added to dilute the chemical to correct on site. Inspector will recheck at the next regular inspection.
  • Foods are cooled using appropriate methods
    Observation:Three stacked pans of macaroni and cheese in metal tubs prepped this morning temping at 56, 57, and 63 degrees. The pans were unstacked and the lids were removed to facilitate cooling.
