The staff is always friendly and they will go out of there way to find the bread you want. I've had them go back and watch in the warehouse for what I needed many times. I don't go any where else to buy bread because franz outlet has the best prices. There prices even beat out Costco. My kids love coming to the store because they give them free packs of animal cookies and always have samples of foods there selling. The manager Wanda is so sweet to us all the time. They give A ten percent military discounts everytime you go in, which we appreciate. They have a huge variety of product that they offer other than just bread.
