    Observation: [3 door cooler] is not Functioning. Temperature was at 75°F. No food was in cooler.
    Correction: Repair 3 door cooler as soon as possible and do not use cooler for food until it is repaired. Contact inspector when repairs have been made. Use of coolers with ice may be used in the mean time with one cooler dedicated to only potentialy hazardous foods and the other used for everything else.
