Critical: PHF/TCS, COLD HOLDING Observation: Beverage air cooler was at 43 degrees. Thermostat was adjusted while inspector was on site and cooler was holing the correct temp when rechecked prior to leaving.
Correction: Maintain cold potentially hazardous foods at or below 41°F
FOOD CONTACT SURFACES - SOILED Observation: Ice maker and pizza grill is visibly soiled.
Correction: Maintain food contact surfaces in a clean condition. Pizza grill was cleaned while inspector was on site. Ice maker to be cleaned.
