Chef said it was just fixed. He checked the chlorine bucket, the bucket was empty. He checked to see it there was more but it was not. COS 3 compartment sink will be used to wash dishes until chlorine can be replaced.
KDA_7_10211 - --Hanging off the metal wall attached to the dishwashing table was a bottle of yellow liquid. Chef said it was degreaser. COS Chef labeled the bottle.
