KDA_3_50115A - --There is cut lettuce and sliced tomatoes in a counter cold holding station. These were cut/sliced within the past two hours per the owner. The cold holding station has their containers in a larger container with ice water in it. The ice water is too low to come into contact with the containers holding the lettuce and tomatoes. COS - the owner added ice so that the ice water was in contact with the containers holding the lettuce and tomatoes.
KDA_4_90312A - --There are packages of single-use food equipment/containers stored underneath the drain lines of the 3 vat sink.
KDA_7_20111A - --There is a bottle of degreaser directly next to/against napkins that the owner said would be given out with customer orders. COS - the degreaser was moved by the owner.
