Food employee handled single-serve food trays, then helped a customer at the counter by taking money and then put the same glove back on. COS, glove was changed. KDA_2_30114H - --Food employee was handling money and using the cash register for a customer at the counter. The food employee never was hands afterward before putting on glove to handle food and single-serve food trays. KDA_2_30115 - --Since no handsink was in the food preparation area. The inspector asked the food employee where was the handsink, food employee went to the mop sink to wash hands. COS, advise employee not to use a mop sink to wash hands. KDA_3_30511A1 - --Soda syrup containers stored floor in the storage area behind the counter. KDA_3_50116A1 - --Hot dogs were on front the hot roller 106F. PIC stated the hot dogs were placed on the roller at 8:30AM. Advised the PIC to use the back roller to get hot dogs heated to the right temperature and place them on the front roller to maintain a temperature of 135F or higher. COS, PIC increase the temperature of the roller to get the hot dogs up to temperature. Chicken strips 116F were hot holding in the self-serve display case. PIC stated the strips must have cooled down before place them into the warmer. PIC stated the chicken strips had been cooked 45 minutes ago. COS, chicken strips reheated to 165F before placing in to the hot holding unit. KDA_5_20411A - --The food establishment is now frying chicken strips, potatoes wedges, and other fried food in retail food area without a handsink. The only handsink is behind a wall behind the front counter next to the 3 compartment sink. The handsink next to the 3 compartment sink is to far away from the food prep area. COS, no more food preparation in the retail store area without a handsink. KDA_7_30111B - --A container of bleach was stored on top of case of soda in the utility room. 3-304.15(A) - If used, single-use Gloves shall be used for only one task such as Working with READY-TOEAT FOOD or with Raw animal FOOD, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur IN the operation.
