(Obviously a manufacturers carton sealing flaw) Employee removed from sale.
  • KDA_3_30211A1b - --two sealed rolls of summer sausage and one half-dozen of sealed hot dogs laying on top of an open box containing plastic sealed raw chick that slipped in the box and were touching the packages of chicken. Employee separated products.
  • KDA_3_30511A1 - --closed boxes of lunchables are sitting on the floor in the Meat Department Walk in Cooler and boxes packaged cream cakes and boxed package of cookies are sitting on the floor in the Deli Department Walk in Freezer.
  • KDA_6_30112 - --Men's toilet room used by employees and public was out of hand towels. Restocked
  • KDA_7_10211 - --one spray bottle with green liquid and no label of contents, according to person in charge she didn't know what it was. Learned it was a chemical cleaner and bottle was marked.
  • KDA_7_20111B - --The chemical spray bottle, cited with no label on contents was also setting on a shelf in the storeroom above and facing over some back stock of soda beverage bottles (next to the employee break table). Relocated to mop and chemical room.
  • KDA_Defacto - --hot water at 133 --Meat department ware-wash sink set up in progress of cleaning with Quat multi-range sanitizer at 300 parts per million and meeting label directions for concentration. --Meat department WIC 34.5, Walk in Freezer-foods solid, WIF (Deli Dept)foods-solid. Front Retail: North wall with 38-door Reach in Freezers-food solid. two-door RIF north wall east corner with sausage paks-solid. East wall (north end)six-door RIF-foods solid. East wall 3-door RIC with cheese Deli Express sandwiches at 33. 12' open case with salads,ham & bacon 41. 8 door RIC (left of center)raw meats 35-38 range. (right of center) 9-door (bologna, hot dogs,ham at 30-34. Dairy 5-door RIC/WIC at south end east wall ranges 28-33. 3-door [True] RIC with hot pockets - solid. South wall 20-door RIC eggs,yogurt,cheese,juices 36-39 range. 12ft open case at south wall west corner with bagged lettuce at 40-42. West wall open case with cut melons/honeydew 40-41 and the rest of this 38' unit has fruits and single cans of soda beverages. In back storeroom is a beer Walk in cooler with some produce at 33.
  • KDA_KSA65_657b - --6 12.6 ounce cans of Nutramigen Infant powder with use by date of 8-1-15 and 6 with use by date of 10-1-15 on retail shelf. Employee removed from sale.
