Owner said they did not repair because they are getting a new unit.In the cake baking area, there is a stain on the ceiling over the Baxter oven. KDA_6_50112A - --In the cake baking area next to the Baxter oven there are cardboard boxes holding single serve items that are stacked to the ceiling. KDA_7_20111A - --In the back room where they use the green plastic wrap to wrap the food, the nozzle of a bottle of sparkle glass cleaner was pointing toward a roll of green wrap. COS-Employee moved the bottle. This is a new violation.
