PIC the items were opened on 11/11/15. COS, items dated. KDA_4_60111A - --Dried food debris was on the blade of knife that was stored in a drawer in the meat department. COS, removed for cleaning and sanitizing. KDA_4_60111B - --Cooking pots and baking trays were encrusted with grease deposits and stored as clean.
