KDA_3_30211A1a - --There was two package of raw bacon being stored in a thank you bag that was touching a package of RTE pork smokies located in the RIC-2(Pepsi). COS Raw bacon was moved to the bottom shelf. There was one package of raw bacon being stored on a shelf directly over a packages of RTE cheese located in the RIC-2(Pepsi). COS Raw bacon was moved to the bottom shelf.
KDA_4_20211A2 - --There was a knife stored as clean on the wall in the kitchen area that had the tip broken off from the knife. COS Item was taken out of service to be fixed. There was a rubber spatula being stored as clean with deep cracks around the edges of the blade. COS Item was discarded.
KDA_4_50111A - --The handle is broken off from the upright freezer located in the kitchen area.
