KDA_3_50116A2 - --The following foods were stored in South deli reach in cooler: pepper jack cheese 50.9, hot pepper cheese 48, Colby cheese 48, cheddar cheese 48.2, swiss cheese 50, bologna 48, Virginia ham 52, salami 56, and honey ham 56. The entire case of deli meat and cheese had temperatures ranging from 46-52. All foods were stored in cooler for over 4 hours according to person in charge. (corrected on site-all foods removed from cooler and disposed of in trash)
KDA_4_30111 - --The deli cooler on South side(D41C) had an ambient temperature of 51.1. Reach in cooler cannot be used until it can maintain food temperatures of 41 or below.
