It was so hard for me to find an actual bank of america in kalamazoo or portage area as soon as I found out there was one so close to me I was so happy.. I love the service it was very professional and friendly. I would tell a friend or even a stranger about Bank of America and how wonderful they are. There is always someone there to help you when you need it whether its on the phone threw the drive threw or even walk in. I have another account at another bank I would definatley stay with Bank Of America!!!
