Burger King locations in Abilene, TX

Sat in drive thru line 45 mins. No way to get out. Four cars in front and three behind. Had to correct girl who finally came on mike three times about order. Still wasn’t right when I received it. When I ask why we sat in line so long I was told , “No workers here. Only three people here tonight”. Three that were there didn’t appear to be working too hard and were rude. Pitiful establishment.

Employees rude, food cold, items missing from order but i was charged for them. This has happened on multiple occasions. I go back hoping the next time will be better service only to be disappointed again.

The Cashier didn't know how to operate the register. It took 10 minutes to take my order. My food was wrong, cold and took 30 minutes to receive. We found two tables in the whole establishment that were clean. I figured they could clean tables cause they were not working that hard making or taking orders. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the operation and the people he has working for him/her
