The young lady that works in the kitchen is a goos worker. She is very quick,efficient and makes sure everything is good and fresh. I come into your store very often and love seeing her in the kitchen because i know that i won't have to worry about my order being wrong or cold....she deserves a lot of praise. Tell her to keep up the good work

I visited this location today and I very disappointed in my service! I came in and order two number 1 whopper w cheese meals and one w onion ring one with just fries. The lady at the register ask me 3 times if I wanted cheese and I said yes 3 times. There was a young guy at the fry station just watching her and not helping her. When I finally paid I looked at my receipt and she charged me for the meals w fries and then the onion rings separate. So I told her after 5 to 7 mins later she finally got the gm up there to give my 1 49 back. I live in mount vernon indiana so from this location its bout 13 miles and we love burger kings whoppers so we will drive that far for it. Anyways we leave the store with our food and realize our fried products were cold so we over looked that we opened our burgers no cheese on either and the burgers were soooo cold. I have been working in fastfood for 15 yrs most of them with arbys so I know the professional way to act to guest and employees being a asst manager u learn thet thourghly!! So I gpogled the pphine number and called to talk to the gm. I proceed to tell him the issue and how I came last week it was the same way. He starts by saying well mam if we cant satisfy u at this location maybe u should go to another location. I was in shock. I would never tell a guest to go spend their money somewhere else. Especially to guest that drives out of their to eat there. I said this is bullshit how you treat your customers. He started telling me in a yelling voice dont you cuss at me bc I will call the police for harresssment. I said excuse me sir. He said you willl not talk to me like that. I said I am a paying customer who just pai 16.00 for thwir food and you told me to go to another restaurant for their mistakes not bc I was rude. I was very upset. He hung up on me as well so I called backex to ask for area supervisors number and he said I will give you your money back and sayimg was rude to him when I simply said tbis is bullshit. So I went back to get my fresh food and money back and I ask to speak to him on the side begind guest and employeees and I apolized for me saying bullshit he was so rude and sais ok now go on before you food gets cold and not fresh so you cant complain again. I have never ever in my whole career have ever been so disrespected in a fastfood or any restaurant wow! He does not have any pride in his job or store he was so mean. Also tje drink spouts of the soda machine is very sticky and has bla c k growing around them in them I took.one off to check. They need to be soaked in sanitzer water every night and then left oyt to air dry.
