Burger King locations in Wichita, KS

So incredibly bad. At 11:45am 7-29-15 there were already two customers seated when the two of us walked in. Eventually out of the 3 employees the cook had to stop what he was doing and come wait on us with a blank heavily medicated look on his face. Order finally placed we sat and waited. After 15 min I noticed that the drie through was the only thing being handled and it took all 3 of them. After 20 min I went to the counter to complain and I showed the now girl at the register the receipt that was time stamped and told her it'd been 20 min and I had an appt that I'm going to be late for. Right behind me the other people in there stepped up and also stated how long their wait had been with no service. We were polite with our complaints but the employees must have been stoned for as slow moving and confused as they all looked with the same blank stares and saying nothing. It was literally to the point where I was wondering if they were all developmentally disabled. We then finally all got our orders all in to go bags for some reason and also incorrectly made as well as extremely cold like it had been sitting the entire time we'd been waiting. So we had to spread out the to go bag and eat a few nasty bites off of that before just leaving. We were so angry and nearly late for my doctor appointment that we wanted to throw the leftovers over the counter at them but we didn't. The best BK mgr and location is hands down N Tyler. The S Seneca location would better serve as a car wash, it's record setting the worst service I've ever had and I'd rather starve to death than go back. Thank you for your time and I would fire everyone under that roof if I were you.
