After receiving a product over two weeks late, completely smashed to the point that it's useless, and 4 times on the telephone just to get it to my address, I now have to spend more time and money shipping this back in hopes of a refund. I truly believe that if I wouldn't have stayed in contact with them over the phone but I never would have received my product, damaged or not. None of those times were they able to tell me why my package was placed on hold, aside from the first attempted delivery when the driver was unable to find my very accessible address that they've been to numerous times. So my package was thrown back on the truck wear it bounced around for over two weeks apparently because it is useless. Avoid this company at all costs, even if it means you have to spend more or even cannot get the product you want. These people are a joke and should be very ashamed with their performance at what they call their job. You leave me disgusted with your performance
