Dunkin Donuts locations in Fort Myers, FL

Today was just terrible. Drive through was back up around the building 6:45am. So I went inside. I was never even acknowledge by anyone inside until waiting a full 1.30 minutes. I knew this because I was watching the timer drive thru timer. Even a high we will be right with you would have been satisfactory. Two of the staff looked right at me a couple of times during this duration and it was if I invisible.
I like most started working in a fast food place. I worked my way through the ranks to General Manager and always, always made customer service my number 1. Without them the business would fail. I could see that they were probably a person short. Maybe even two. I know this happens and its not a good thing. At least the drive thru person would say in the speaker welcome to Dunkin Donuts thank you for your patients how can I help you. However the girl at the register nothing, never even made eye contact, nada zip. Wow, what happen to customer service is beyond me.
