H&R Block locations in Kootenai County, ID (Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Post Falls)

Having my taxes prepared at the Neider location in Coeur d AAlene was one of the worse experiences i have encountered. The office is very shabby and ran very unprofessional! My tax preparer was not able to run the computer or the program that she claimed to be during for 10 years. If i had not been watching everthing that was imputed she would have incorrectly entered SSN. Her knowledge was horrible. The rates were unbelievably expensive! We all wish we made $ 560.00 an hour! After requesting the owner/manage to call me i received a call from a very young girl that agreed that that branch was not the best office, but the extremely high fee was correct and she could not help me any further. Taxes are a very stressful process, and i was hoping to feel that i had gone to experts, and would feel that they would be able to set me at esse with their knowledge, not the case! I will never return and extend this to anyone who asks.
