McDonald's locations in Canton, OH

McDonald's stores have always been proud of their service and the customer is always right! Those standards have gone by the wayside at this store. We were so disappointed after soccer practice last night when we visited the Cleveland Ave McDonalds.
Everything surface was sticky and floors were trashy. The manager on duty found it more important to hold hands in the lobby and have conversations with personal friends than wait on people or mange her crew! The only evident working people at this store were a young girl on the counter and a cook!
I would drive up the street to the next store before I ever stop here again. McDonald's is slipping in this neighborhood! The families from soccer practice will not be back. The manager didn't even find it important enough to talk to a patron when asked to! Pathetic!
My first job was at McDonalds and we took pride in serving the public in a timely manner and with respect. It is sad that these standards are no longer important.

we usually go to this store a couple times a week even though we live closer to a different one, we go here because the food is better, usually. Today i ordered a big mac and when i opened the sandwich you could see right away that it had been put in the microwave. the cheese was even burned to the box. that sandwich tasted terrible so i went to counter and asked to speak to the manager. she was very rude to me and said we do not put burgers in the microwave and i continued to show her how the cheese was burned onto the box and the lettuce on the sandwick was cooked and i told her it tasted terrible. she then ordered me a new sandwich. when it was ready isstead of handing it to me in a nice manner she kinda tossed it. the picture i included is what i seen when i opened my big mac. i did not cause a scene and talked to her quietly when i told her about the sandwich. i payed attention to the manager after i confronted her about my sandwich and noticed she was just plain rude to others after me. i intend to post the picture of that big mac on my facebook and make it public because i did not receive a fresh sandwich and was mistreated when i talked to the manager. shame on them.
