McDonald's locations in Vero Beach, FL

My husband and I went for lunch and when I saw my credit statement on line it showed the double charge, I called Walter, mgr. and explained the problem, he told me to come in and he would deduct this from our credit Card...we live in Port St Lucie and this McDonalds is in Vero Beach....so now for us to get our money back we have to be further inconvenienced by going back to Vero Beach....this is not good customer service...I have my receipt and he should be able to see this overcharge on his register without us returning to his restaurant. I am going to call my credit card company and see if they can help me.

Beware of this McDonald's. Manager Walter instructs his employees to cheat the consumers by baiting and switching on discounted specials.

For example, a coupon for a
Big Breakfast. He instructed his employees to remove the hashbrowns from any big breakfast orders with the coupon. I asked to see the coupon. Nowhere in FinePrint does it say to eliminate contents. Furthermore, the picture of the pig breakfast clearly includes the hash brown. Therefore you're not paying for a discount on the product. The product has been modified. You're paying the price for the revised product. Bait and Switch. Blamed it on corporate. Went to another McDonald's. This did not apply. Other McDonald's was appalled. I hope the owner does not condone these actions. I have since reported it to corporate. Beside being against the law to bait and switch, karma to prey on consumers.

Why doesn't the ice cream machine ever work at this McDonald's? I live just west of 95 and love sweets. I have visited this particular McDonald's several times in the last month to get a hot Carmel Sunday, only to be told each time that the ice cream machine is not working. Thank goodness there is a Steak and Shake right next door that makes excellent chocolate malt milkshakes to satisfy my sweek tooth. McDonalds, just please fix your ice cream machine! I almost wonder if it is a PM thing and they have already cleaned the machine and simply Don wish to serve after a certain time. If that's the case, let it be known and I won't make an attempt after 7pm. Otherwise, what needs to be done to fix the ice cream machine? Will it ever get fixed? I can't recommend this McDonald's until the ice cream machine is working! Please fix your ice cream machine; I want a McDonald's Hot Carmel Sunday, yesterday!!!

I have visited this McDonald's on several occasions, while traveling from my home in Winter Haven to my daughter's home in Lake Worth. The employees are friendly, the dining area is pleasant, but the women's restroom has been disgustingly dirty on every occasion I've visited. I know cleaning the restroom is not a job anyone wants to do, but it must be done. I will not be stopping at this location again.
