First time I went: I ordered 2 sonic blasts; 1 Oreo, 1 m&m. Took about 10 minutes to get my blasts. When I got home, the Oreo had no Oreo in it, and the m&m had a few m&ms in it. Called the hotline number to complain. Three weeks later I receive a coupon for a free sandwich. Really? I didnt go there for a sandwich!
I tried to go back another time, and the service was even worse! Took them 5 minutes to even ask for my order. Then once I placed it and paid, I waited. When I noticed everyone around me get their food and leave, and it has been almost 15 minutes since I placed my order, I went to ask for my money back. I talked to the manager (or supervisor), and he told me that he's short staffed (even though I witnessed employees going home), and he said he had to fill the ice cream machine up. But he said he'll reimburse me.
Sorry to say, that was the last straw. I'm disappointed in Sonic.
Would you recommend SONIC Drive-In to others? No
