Horrible! The music is so load you can't hear what the staff is saying and they can't hear you. The menu is falling apart. Just placing my order was an ordeal. Then I waited for over 30 minutes. I finally told them to cancel the order and credit my card. Then they wanted to get in a hurry. Some woman came out saying the ice cream machine was broken and they couldn't make my shakes. She haned me two cold burgers that had been sitting there all that time. I told her I didn't want them, I wanted a refund. She said she had given me a credit. Got the CC bill with a $19 charge on it.
Would you recommend SONIC Drive-In to others? No

Horrible..I go everyday because it is close and I sit 20 min most of the time at the drive through waiting for someone to take my order..the staff sits out at the table smoking and I have to yell out of my window to get them to go tell someone there is a line waiting. They bring their babies to work and people come in and out of the sonic inside that have pink weave and no uniforms..there is no number to complain on the window...their machines are always broken and no one can get a milkshake half the time and still haven't gotten to try the m&m waffle cone..I have tried pulling in a stall or just pulling up and hoping they see me..in the afternoons there are no cars there and will wait and wait..they get mad when they finally get on the speaker and I'm scared they are going to spit in my food..
Would you recommend SONIC Drive-In to others? No

First time I went: I ordered 2 sonic blasts; 1 Oreo, 1 m&m. Took about 10 minutes to get my blasts. When I got home, the Oreo had no Oreo in it, and the m&m had a few m&ms in it. Called the hotline number to complain. Three weeks later I receive a coupon for a free sandwich. Really? I didnt go there for a sandwich!
I tried to go back another time, and the service was even worse! Took them 5 minutes to even ask for my order. Then once I placed it and paid, I waited. When I noticed everyone around me get their food and leave, and it has been almost 15 minutes since I placed my order, I went to ask for my money back. I talked to the manager (or supervisor), and he told me that he's short staffed (even though I witnessed employees going home), and he said he had to fill the ice cream machine up. But he said he'll reimburse me.
Sorry to say, that was the last straw. I'm disappointed in Sonic.
