Worst sonic in springfield! My pregnant fiance ordered a butterfinger shake. When we got it the shake had no butterfinger in it so I turned around and told the girl that I tipped and dollar and made our shakes the situation. She charged me .25 for an extra tablespoon! My fiance was craving chocolate in a sonic shake, however, we got Jeff's spit, containing lack of care to his customers needs. Lost more than 2 customers since I do produce media.

I was trying to pay for my purchase with a gift card and their computer was down the manager kept sending the crew member and did not have any interest in taking care of me. All I wanted was my breakfast. It took over 5 minutes just for me to give the sack back to the manager. I was late to work because of this and don't understand why she didn't just take care of it. Before she could even argue with me I just left. I frequent that Sonic 4 times weekly and will NEVER go back. Take care of the customer!!!!

I often go to sonic on e republic road because it is close to my work. If I stop before work, it is normally for a happy hour beverage, if I stop after work, it is typically a sweet tooth and I get a shake. Every time I go to this sonic I have an excellent experience. Tonight, in particular, Lilly was the girl working the window. It was close to their closing time, yet she was still super friendly and pleasant. Though I have great experiences with the service every time, the late night kindness there wins me over. Thanks sonic!!
