Subway locations in Billings, MT

I worked with Tammy, Manager, for a non-profit event. We ordered 108 meals and I tell you what. She was so awesome....I was so stressing - and she went far above and beyond for me. I will absolutely be going to this location - even though it's out of my way! And, I'll be sending others there also. She is a breath of fresh air - and does a great job for your company!

I was in need of Tammy's phone number and called another Subway and the young man that answered said I had the wrong location and couldn't give me Tammy's Subways phone number. He was rather rude. This Subway is close to my work and I go there several times in a month.

I will now be driving about 7 miles out of my way to go to Tammy's Subway. Way to Go, Tammy!

I think the customer service INTENT is there however, the parking lot is routinely littered with garbage (most likely from debris blowing in from other locations). That doesn't mean that the employees shouldn't keep it presentable. Additionally, the staff are great with one exception. I am constantly greeted by one individual unprofessionally. This person says "Hey man!". No one ever corrects this person. Maybe we are to expect this type of service these days but it serves as a reason to give my business to other nutritional providers in the area. Small corrections can make a big difference.
