Employee who made my sandwich was very pleasant. He made a mistake and the "supervisor?" on the line with him was VERY rude when she corrected him. She also did this right in from of me and my husband and other customers in line. It didn't bother me, we all make mistakes and it was easily corrected without wasting the sandwich (if that is what she was worried about), She could use a lesson in managing employees.

The Overall best fast food restaurant in the quad city area with clean fast and efficient service. The prices of the food is really quite affordable as well. I would highly recommend for everyone to eat at this establishment. The food is always fresh and customer service is well above complimentary. The restaurant is always clean and well stocked with condiments. never will you leave or enter the restaurant without a cheerful salutation. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you in deciding what to order. If you are ever near this particular one please drop in and try any one of their fine delectable sandwiches. Also do not forget the homemade hot and fresh cookies. Overall this place is one of the top subways in which I ever had the pleasure of dining in or ordering take out. The Man That Was In At 8:00pm Was Horrible My Sandwich Was Sloppy With Paper On It And My Sister Sandwich Was Burnt. Who Does That??? I'm Highly Upset... I Don't Like The Way He Put The Sandwiches Together And I Don't Like The Way He Just Didn't Care. The Bread Is Falling Apart My Sister Is Very Upset Her Bread Wasn't Cut Correctly. And Tea Was Not Sweet And To The Tea That Says "Sweet Tea"... And They Was Slow. The Store Very Clean But The Worker Was Very Terrible And May I Repeat.... The Bread Was Burnt. I Love Subway But This Situation Brought To This Review... It's Really Upsetting.
