My name is Susan Kingston and I am writing to make mention of a young man working at the UPS Store located on US 1 in North Palm Beach. His name is Brian and he is an exemplary model of excellence in customer service!
I am a self employed business woman who has managed staff over the years, my expectations are a bit on the high side and therefore, for me to take the time from my very busy schedule to mention this UPS Store employee is testimony to how outstanding he truly is.
I visit this store once or twice a month, he remembers me each time and is eager to assist. He anticipates needs and suggests his help before I need to ask. He is always pleasant and professional in his dealings, a true example of
excellent customer service!
