I ordered something online and it was delivered by UPS within just 4 days!!! Unfortunately the order was wrong (due to amazons picture put up) but I dropped it off at UPS and the employees were kind and helped me return it without much hassle at all. I give UPS 11 stars out of 10 or in other words 110% I have no complaints and every wrong order or broken UPS helps me return it immediately. And on top of all of that it's was very affordable. I have no suggestions to better the place but to thank all the employees for making it as simple as possible. I defiantly will tell all my friends how easy it is. Thank-you UPS!!!

I went to ups drop box at the Oswego Valley News at around 4:50 pm I was there earlier in the day but the box i had would not fit into their drop box. In the upper right hand corner of the drop box it said pick up would be at 5:00 pm. That is why i was there at 4:50 pm so I would not miss the pick up time. I waited from 4:50 pm until 7:00 pm and there was still no pick up. The Oswego Valley News Office closed and shortly there after I left. I looked at my watch and it was actually 7:03 pm. I figured I had waited long enough for the pick up. I would like to know why they say pick up with be at 5:00 pm when i waited until 7:00 pm and no pick up was ever made. The pick up I seen while I was there was a van type vehicle for fed ex.
