5 day no water over night shark bite pipe truck driver stopped at my home and he said he don't have it , I spend 80$ for over night i do not get it? when i ask driver he got mad and yelled at me i do not have it very poor service when I am trying to reach all the other state people taking and there answer you get it end of the day

This is the worst place I've been at in my life. Driver was supposed to deliver my item but didn't show at all. Called the next day to pick up item then was told by the front desk person that it was lost and to order another one without taking the time to look for the item. Called customer service and they stated the receptionist is the only person there and would not be able to look for the package. HOW!!! shouldn't the item be on the truck from the day before. Please if you plan on doing business with this center ( reconsider) or you will be disappointed.

After 19 days of losing my carton ..they delivered a smashed carton to me today.
Would you recommend UPS Customer Center to others? Yes

Entered false information on my package, changed my email address,some rude woman told me to" get over it" that my carton is lost.
Picked up my carton 8/12/2015 .Stole my 22" x 22"X 12" carton 23 lbs ,
then delivered 8/20/2015 a 6"x6"x8" package 1 lb with the same tracking number and closed the lost file as delivered.5 days of false entries onto my acc online.
38 hours on the phone with 3 supervisors, 2 investigations, 11 tracking specialist and they are all useless.
