I was surprised to see this Wendy's so dedicated to their work. The food and the service we amazing for a fast food restaurant. The food tasted amazing, along with the restraint being so clean. There was one worker named Sage.D, he was kind to all the employees and customers. All the employees there seemed to be working hard and very dedicated to their job. If I could say anything bad. It would be that they make more of an effort on interacting with their customers while they are eating. Making sure that they are satisfied and well taken care of will bring back customers.
Would you recommend Wendy's: GRAND #1 to others? Yes

Just had a bad experience for the second trip to this wendys. Used to be a very good place to eat. Did not get the order right and the hamburger was not prepared right. Since it was to go we didn't know till we got home. Tried calling and they did not pick up the phone.

in the last month I have bought an apple pecan chicken salad at your Wendy's on Shiloh and Grand in Billings 4 times. Three of the four times I didn't get what I had ordered two of the three I got no pecans and one time I didn't get either pecans or the salad dressing. Earlier last month I got apple pecan chicken salad with no apples in it kind of doesn't match what you're selling apple pecan chicken salad.
