To be totally honest, the service sucks due to lack of staff and attentiveness to the inside costumers. Now I have worked in the food industry so I know that food rushes are tough to work with but when you're crunched for time on the timer I don't think its OK to cut corners. For instants. I ordered a large coffee mocha with no ice. The orders are backed up and the person behind the register takes my order and and has me wait for my coffee. No problem, so another person maded the coffee and put ice it. Granted its busy so I said simple mistake, I would like no ice so he remakes which is no problem but I hear him say to other person that he meaning me didn't want ice and the other said just give it back to him like that. So I walked out with ice in my coffee after I just said no ice twice. I know once again that the food service can be fast pass but at cutting corner like that and not giving the costumer what was order is just said. Now I have to report to the parking lot everyday twice a day and if I ever need coffee best believe I'm going to the gas station verses this jack in the box #5310 at 319 albertoni in Carson ca ever again.
Would you recommend JACK IN THE BOX #5310 to others? No
