F. Various cold held items were observed at acceptable temperatures as well, including: heavy cream in the refrigerator at 44 deg. F, tomatoes in the top of the deli-style cooler at 43 deg. F. Recommendation: periodically inspect the interior of the ice machine for mold and mildew build-up, and follow the manufacturer's instructions to properly clean it, when the need arises. |
