As a reminder, all cooked meats must be hot held at 140 degrees F or above at all times. 2. Must repair hot holding unit at service line to ensure all foods are hot held at 140 degrees F or above at all times. Please email Corey DiLorenzo at corey.dilorenzo@health.ny.gov no later than 10/2/15 to report the corrective actions taken to the hot holding violation. |
