Facility was busy during inspection as it was Friday envening; pizza, chicken wings and beer being served. Food prep primarily involved cook and serve. Accuracy of food probe thermometer was verified, proper cold holding was confirmed, proper concentration of sanitizer in both kitchen and bar was checked and availability of handwashing in food prep area and restrooms. A 0.6mg/L chlorine residual was measured at three bay sink. Well run operation.
