08/27/2014 | Inspection | Comment only. Unsure if drain from ice machine in the back of the kitchen is above grade and is equipped with a 24 mesh screen to prevent rodent & insect entry. Could not visually verify this. The drain pipe leads outside and under a covered dry well. Please verify in writing to our office if the drain line is above grade to prevent backflow and if the drain is screened.
