12/01/2015InspectionA hose connected to the water line and being stored with the spray handle balancing on the edge of the three bay sink was not below the water plain of the sink but does not have a back flow preventer on it. If the hose spray nozzle is stored in the sink below a back flow preventer is needed on the hose. Education was provided. Email inspector a list of corrective actions for each violations by 12/15/15.
