    --Soap dispenser empty at handwash sink at service counter.

    --2 bags of onions and bag of carrots not stored at least 6" off the walk-in cooler floor.
  • Frequency of Cleaning Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (46.714)
    --Fan guards in both True beverage coolers have buildup of static dust.
  • Controlling Pests, Removing Dead or Trapped Birds, Insects, Rodents and Pests (46.981(k)(l))
    --16 live and dead flour beetles observed in and around old bag of flour in 1 cupboard in kitchen. Bag of flour was discarded and all beetles were cleaned up and disposed of during inspection.

    --Food facility operator failed to post an original, valid Food Employee Certification in a location conspicuous to the consumer. Owner states certificate fell and frame broke but couldn't find during inspection. Once found, owner will posted in public view and send photo to sanitarian via phone.
