    --There is some accumulation of dried grease on the vent filters above the fryers.
  • Maintenance & Operation of Mechanical Warewashing Equipment (46.675(a)-(c))
    --No measurable sanitizer in the final rinse of the dishwasher. PIC stated he will phone the maintenance repair company for immediate repair order. The unit did appear to dose sanitizer following priming
